Hi, I'm Zaya, a homeschooled girl pursuing her dream in fashion! In this stage of my education I'm researching ideas and jobs for what I want to do when I enter the work force.

I took Parsons & Teen Vogue's online course in Fashion Industry Essentials. It gave me a lot of insight into the fashion world as well as having started me on various social media platforms.

"Style Right Up Your Aisle"  is my blog where I talk fashion, beauty, and photography.

I also do amateur fashion modeling in anticipation of becoming a professional model.

Another interest of mine would be working for a fashion magazine. Being on the magazine's research team where I search for up-and-coming clothes and accessories and then write about them would be a perfect opportunity for me. Another great fit would be styling the models before a shoot.

Embroidery: Chic or Eek?

Hey Guys! Welcome back! Today, I'll be talking about a newer trend - embroidery. It's been seen on runways from Alexander McQueen to Marchesa. I, on one hand, think embroidery is super chic and it can work for everyone, if they style it correctly. On the other hand, if it's not done well, it will look dated. Embroidery is the decorative stitching of yarn or thread on a piece of fabric. It's one of this season's most popular trends. For me, the embroidery has to be elegant and in flattering places to look good. I also think that embroidery is prettier on black fabric. In my opinion, embroidery on white can look like a Spanish folk dress, which could be really pretty if that's your style. Hey Guys! Welcome Back! Today I'm going to highlight a few of the trends from Fashion Month Fall/Winter 2017/18! These trends are really chic and cute! They've been seen all over the runway from Miu Miu to Alexander McQueen. Trend 1 = Colored Faux Fur Alexander McQueen Outono/Inverno Leonard Miu Miu These Beauties are soft, warm, FUZZY, and easy to style! For the bigger coats that cover most of the body, you don't need any other pieces showing, so as not to overwhelm the outfit, unless it's absolutely frigid, then maybe a pair of jeans.
